Easter TeapotsA cute holiday decorating idea is to use whimsical Easter teapots. One can serve as the teapot you use for Easter breakfast or dinner. One can also make a charming centerpiece. Holiday designs on teapots make great gift ideas for your hostess on Easter, too.

Celebrations with Easter Teapots

Just imagine serving tea from your Easter teapot. The kids have enjoyed their egg hunt, the big family dinner has been completed and now you can delight your guests with your teapot. An ideal addition to your Easter celebration. Brew up the perfect pot of tea. Then enjoy the celebration with your family and friends.

Creating an Easter Teapot Centerpiece

You can also do simple things to create a whimsical Easter centerpiece for your table. Start with the Easter teapot as your focal point. Surround the base with colorful plastic eggs. These are plentiful in stores coming up to the holiday. Lay all of this on a bed of brightly colored basket grass. Presto, a simple but charming centerpiece.

If your skills at creating centerpieces can go a bit farther, even better. Instead of plastic eggs, I have added pretty white and yellow flower blooms. One year, our daffodils were in bloom so I could use real flowers. Another year, I had to go with silk blooms, but the effect was still amazingly simple and turned out lovely. This kind of centerpiece works great with a sweets only tea party buffet, too.

Bunny Teapots for Easter Gifts

Our friend Sylvstermouse has created a whole page of bunny teapots. Her choices are delightful. And well worth the visit to browse them.

Bunny teapots make wonderful gifts as well. Think of a hostess gift for an event during the Easter season. Possibly a house-warming gift when the first holiday being celebrated in the new house will be Easter. A bridal shower or wedding gift are also great occasions to give an Easter teapot.

So think outside the box when thinking about whimsical teapots and teacups. Enjoy some new ways to celebrate the holiday and share with family and friends.

Well, what can I say? You know I love teapots and I love bunnies, so it naturally follows that I love bunny rabbit teapots.

There really is something special about spring teapots though, once the long winter has passed and we are preparing for Easter, it just seems appropriate to pull out the pastels and bunnies.

Thank you for sharing my article here too! I really do love my bunny teapots.
